UN Chief: Famine in Gaza city is a “failure of humanity”, while Israel denies

Gaza City is officially gripped by famine, and it is likely to spread across the Palestinian enclave, the UN-backed global hunger monitor said on Friday in the first such declaration in Middle East history.
