Twin towers, schools, bank: 9 major projects approved in 2024 now taking shape in Bahrain

Bahrain approved nine major development projects in 2024. The projects are worth BD 156 million. These projects cover nearly 387,204 square metres. A twin-tower residential block in Capital Governorate is the largest project. Other projects include villas, schools, a bank branch, and an industrial facility. These licences reflect Bahrain’s effort to encourage balanced growth.
