President Donald Trump will reportedly limit intelligence sharing with Congress after a top-secret report leaked, indicating that the U.S. strike on Iran set back the country's nuclear program only months.
Axios reported that the Trump administration would share less intelligence through the CAPNET system after CNN and The New York Times published details of a Defense Intelligence Agency assessment on Iran.
The report contradicted Trump's claim that Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities had been "obliterated."
"We are declaring a war on leakers," a senior White House official told Axios. "The FBI is investigating the leak."
In a statement on Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt blamed the leak on a "low-level loser."
