Trump Suggests 15% Cap On "Troublemaker" Foreign Students In US Universities

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday called international students "troublemakers" and suggested a 15 per cent cap should be imposed on the admission of foreign students at Harvard University and other American higher education institutions.
