Trump administration strikes deal to cut expensive IVF drug costs

President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that drugmaker EMD Serono will slash the cost of its fertility medications, a move aimed at making in vitro fertilisation (IVF) more affordable. The administration also introduced new guidance that lets companies offer fertility benefits separately from major medical insurance.
