Spain's Valencia on red alert for torrential rain and flood risk

After heavy rain flooded parts of Catalonia over the weekend, provinces in the south of Valencia have now been placed on red alert - the highest warning issued by Spain's weather agency - for torrential rain and risk of flooding.
