Saudi Arabia: King Salman calls on citizens to perform Istisqa prayer for rain on 13 November

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, has called on all citizens to perform the Istisqa prayer on 13 November, following the Prophetic tradition to seek rain during drought.
