Russian strikes kill 27 across Ukraine

Russian airstrikes killed 27 people across Ukraine on Tuesday, hitting a hospital and a prison shortly after US President Donald Trump said Russia would face new sanctions if it does not end its war on its neighbor in the next 10 to 12 days.
