Russia launches 'counter-terror operation' in three border regions

Russia anounced late Friday that it was launching a "counter-terror operation" in the three border regions of Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk as Ukraine presses on with its biggest attack on Russian soil since the war began 2.5 years ago.
