REVEALED: 9 in 10 luxury flats in Spain are bought by foreigners

According to a recent study by real estate agency Barnes, 92 percent of clients in the luxury apartment market in Spain are not Spanish, at a time when the impact of foreign buyers on the country's housing crisis is being questioned more than ever.
