Portugal holds day of after deadly Lisbon funicular crash

Portugal declared a day of mourning on Thursday after at least 17 people were killed when Lisbon's Gloria funicular derailed near one of the city’s busiest tourist spots. Lisbon prosecutors said they were launching an investigation into the accident's circumstances.
