Police Lock Down Whitehall Over ‘Abandoned Vehicle’

Whitehall is in lockdown. Westminster Police says: “A cordon is in place at the southern end of Whitehall as a precautionary measure while officers investigate an abandoned vehicle in the vicinity of Downing Street.”
