Phillipson Praises Labour ‘Plan for Change’ By Re-Introducing Tory Childcare Policy

Bridget Phillipson is hailing the success of Labour’s ‘plan for change‘ this morning as it rolls out 30 hours of taxpayer-funded childcare for parents:
