Labour Refuses to Take Kettles From High-Risk Inmates After Southport Killer Prison Attack

Robert Jenrick has pushed for the removal of kettles from high-risk prisoners in an urgent question in the Commons after Southport killer Axel Rudakubana threw boiling water over a prison officer on Friday. Labour MP Luke Akehurst suggested primary legislation.
