Italy top court blocks Nord Stream suspect extradition

Italy's top court has blocked the extradition of a Ukrainian national wanted by Germany in connection with the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions. Prosecutors believe the suspect was a key figure in the sabotage. His lawyer stated the legal basis for his detention is now gone, potentially leading to his release. A second suspect remains in custody in Poland.
