Israeli airstrikes kill 16 in Rafah; Hamas says Netanyahu 'sabotaging' talks

Truce discussions between Israel and Hamas are scheduled to restart on Monday, despite increasing disagreement over the demands to end the seven-month-long deadly conflict. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday said "surrendering" to demands to end the war would be tantamount to defeat. In response to Netanyahu's comment, Ismail Haniyeh, the Hamas political leader, accused Netanyahu of undermining negotiations.
