Israeli aggression 'clearly illegal, allies left floundering'

While the US was reportedly warned about Israel's attack on Iran, other allies, including France, were not, leaving many of them "floundering" over what was a "clearly illegal" act of aggression, says Richard Dalton, former British ambassador to Iran.
