Gaza ceasefire: 'Clear sense of relief, jubilation, that we're moving towards an actual deal'

Ambassador Issacharoff asserts, in no uncertain terms that this is a moment to seize: "The greatest tragedy of this war would be to go through so much suffering and not be able to come to some beginnings of a diplomatic solution that could lead to an enhanced stability between Israel and the Palestinians, between Israel and its Arab neighbors, Egypt, Jordan, which we already have peace treaties, also with Syria and Lebanon, and also the Abraham Accords with the Gulf countries."
