Four wounded after car drives into crowd outside Manchester synagogue

Four people were wounded when a suspect drove a car into a crowd and stabbed one person outside a synagogue in northern Manchester, police said Thursday. The local mayor said the incident, which took place on Yom Kippur, appeared to be over after the suspect was shot by police.
