EU demands US pay for Ukraine-bound arms

EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas has welcomed US President Donald Trump’s promise to send more weapons to Ukraine, but argued he can’t really call it American aid if European NATO states are fully bankrolling the initiative.
