Controversial Brazilian raid on Rio gang leaves at least 64 people dead

Authorities in Rio de Janeiro say at least 64 people - including four officers - were killed a large-scale operation against organised crime and drug trafficking in one of the city's worst days of violence. It comes days before Rio hosts global events related to the UN COP30 climate summit.
