Cameroon heads to the polls with world's oldest leader Biya seeking eighth term

Polls opened in Cameroon on Sunday in an election that could see Africa’s oldest leader Paul Biya, aged 92, extend his 43-year rule by another 7 years. Biya faces nine opposition candidates, including some former allies and appointees.
