A BRITISH man has died from his injuries three months after an “unprovoked” attack during a night out in Spain.

Retired carpenter Marshall Latham, 68, was left fighting for his life after being sucker punched in a street on the Canary island Fuerteventuran in December.

He sustained a serious brain injury after smacking his head on the concrete floor – and tragically died on March 16 at the Walton Centre at Aintree Hospital.
